Privacy Policy

Who we are

Kinetica is a web design and motion studio operated by Lumexforge. This policy explains what happens to information you share with us through this website.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the “Start a project” form:

• Your name and email address
• Your company or project name, budget range and package choice
• The message you write to us

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, discuss your project, and send a quote or proposal. We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

No tracking

This site doesn't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or cross-site profiling. Our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (like IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, as any web server does.

Who else sees it

Form messages pass through the email and hosting services we use to run the site. They process data only on our behalf. We may share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep project enquiries for as long as needed to work with you, and delete them within 24 months if we don't start a project together. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us. Just email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure performance. It is cookieless: it does not set cookies, use local storage, or fingerprint you, and it does not track you across sites. It only collects aggregate data such as the page visited, referrer, browser type and country.
